Park and Shore, Jersey City’s Condo Development Hits The Market

Strategic Capital, the investment company of China Construction America, the US subsidiary of China State Construction and Engineering Company, announced this week the launch of sales for Park and Shore, a new luxury condominium located in New Jersey’s hottest neighborhood, Jersey City.
The Wall Street Journal mentions that condo developers are betting on the idea that Jersey City will be the next Brooklyn. And the reality is that such an statement is materializing. Brokers and analysts are convinced that the return of condominium development reflects new market forces. The arrival of Park and Shore introduces a new level of luxury, as well as a full-service lifestyle, to the city.
It is official, condos are finally staging a comeback in Jersey City. Two new projects are now hitting the market, with more than 670 apartments available. Park and Shore is a two-building development – a 38-story tower near the waterfront in the Newport Center neighborhood. The other one is 10 Provost Street at Provost Square is a 28-story tower rising on a new cobblestone public square.
Park and Shore was designed by renowned architecture firm Woods Bagot. It will feature stunning views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. its two distinct buildings, 75 Park Lane (37-story glass tower with 358 apartments) and Shore House (seven-story building with 71 apartments in a loft-style building), represents the pinnacle of quality residential development in Jersey City.

Park and Shore features an unprecedented amenity package for Jersey City. Located in 75 Park Lane, residents can enjoy a private dining room, wine tasting area and co-working spaces. Additional entertainment-driven amenities include a game room; multi-purpose room; separate golf space with simulator; and children’s playroom.
The fitness center at Park and Shore will feature an Olympic swimming pool and teak-lined spa with Hammam-style steam rooms, state-of-the-art gym and yoga studio. 75 Park Lane also includes a porte cochère entry and access to parking. With the Manhattan skyline as their backdrop, residents can enjoy a communal rooftop with kitchen and lounge. The condominiums are also steps from Newport Green, a four-acre public park.
With construction underway, first closings are slated for late 2018. Sales are being handled exclusively by The Marketing Directors, and pricing for one-bedrooms at both buildings starts at $640,000.
