Agorafy Continues Expanding Beyond the NYC Real Estate Community

Press Release

By Team Agorafy March 17, 2016

NEW YORK, March 09, 2016 — Agorafy, a New York City-based real estate technology company, is thrilled to announce its plan to strategically expand in the United States, to other cities within the next six to twelve months. Agorafy will continue offering a free search and listing platform to all brokers and users everywhere.

“Agorafy is here for everyone, but especially for real estate professionals, including brokers. We are here to help them facilitate their work. Something that we emphasize is that we are not brokers, we are here to serve them. They can search and submit their listing for free,” says Agorafy’s CEO and founder, Richard Du.

Agorafy is planning to exponentially grow its presence beyond the New York City real estate market by strategically expanding nationally, to other cities in next six to twelve months. “We have an advantage in the marketplace because technology eases the process, bringing real estate professionals information (agents, brokers, and customers), while creating more efficient practices to the marketplace. Agorafy will have presence in the markets where real estate professionals are looking to make highly-informed decisions based on current market data.”

Since its foundation, Agorafy has gradually established a process where revenues come from two areas of the real estate industry, subscriptions and advertisement. “We are a mature product, therefore we have a well thought revenue model that consists of advertisement – real estate related, and also subscription plans for agents and brokers,” comments Du.

Agorafy is an open platform organizing and sharing real estate information in New York City. As a tech company, users can either navigate the desktop version or the mobile app, also available on iOS and Android. Agorafy believes in the power of technology to create value for real estate professionals by providing them with a wealth of knowledge at their fingertips, which can be accessed from anywhere, at anytime.
